Gallorose Park focuses on the importance of biodiversity and encourages knowledge of wild animal species, natural habitats and natural resources.
It was opened in 2001 and is an oasis of greenery and shade where some animal species are hosted such as: giant red kangaroos, Bennett's wallabies, Nile lemurs, sitatungas, Barbary macaques, tufted capuchins, fennec foxes and giant flying foxes, and just to remain among the mammals, species rarely seen in Italy such as the binturong, the palm civet, the giant black squirrel, the marsh cat.
Exotic animals are raised inside the park and can be seen and heard.
The park offers restaurant service and organizes galleries to show historical artifacts.
