Parco faunistico la rupe: un´oasi naturale in Abruzzo

 Pescara

An oasis of nature and adventure for the whole family

La Rupe Wildlife Park, established in 1980 in Civitella Casanova, in the heart of Pescara's hilly hinterland, is a place dedicated to welcoming wild animals. Nestled in a green oasis with over 200 tree species, the park offers a unique experience of contact with nature, far from the chaos of the city. Originally conceived to house animals fostered by organizations such as the Abruzzo National Park and the Forestry Corps, it now serves as a permanent wildlife exhibition.

The animals of the park

The park attracts numerous visitors thanks to the presence of fascinating exotic species such as tigers, leopards, and monkeys. In addition to these, you can also admire native animals such as bears and wolves, as well as many others, including jaguars, lions, kangaroos, and various species of birds and reptiles. This wide variety allows visitors, especially children, to experience creatures from all over the world up close.

In addition to visiting the animals, the park offers a series of services and activities designed to make your day unforgettable.
