The apartments are located in Cagli (province of Pesaro and Urbino), a town rich in art treasures that in the fifteenth century was the heart of the Duchy of Montefeltro. Children and teenagers of school age can visit the nearby cities of Urbino and Gubbio. Nature lovers can go on easy excursions on flat ground suitable for children, in the Riserva Naturale della Gola del Furlo visiting the Roman tunnels on the Via Flaminia and the free entrance museum where some specimens of the animal species that live in the reserve are exhibited, stuffed: the golden eagle, various species of birds of prey, deer, wolves, rodents. Do not miss the possibility of a trip to the Frasassi Caves, about 40 minutes away from Cagli, crossing a very beautiful area at the foot of the Apennines.
In Cagli, you can visit the Torrione, the city's iconic fortress, all year round, and the tunnel dug in the 15th century that allowed soldiers to move toward the other fortress on the Cappuccini hill, which was destroyed during the Spanish invasion. The defensive system, of which the city walls still remain, was completed and strengthened during the reign of Federico da Montefeltro, who considered Cagli the heart of the Duchy of Urbino.
Near Cagli you cannot miss a visit to Urbino (30 km) and Gubbio (26 km).

The position of the apartments therefore allows you to live and visit the town on foot, for complete relaxation, enjoying the atmosphere and authenticity of the Marche. You can make easy excursions starting from the house along the road that runs along the river or towards the mountains that surround the city. It is possible to rent e-bikes for easy excursions on the flat to discover the most beautiful places for nature and history, such as the Gola del Furlo Nature Reserve.

Meals are prepared in the kitchen of the apartment - you can also take advantage of the nearby restaurants and pizzerias to buy food with the take-away service - and are consumed in your own dining room or in the garden. Each apartment is entered directly from the public street, without entrances or stairs to share.
