Let yourself be carried away by magic and fantasy! The Aosta Valley is preparing to welcome a unique traveling event that transforms nature into an enchanted stage. Fairy Tales in the Woods returns in the 2026 edition with free events for the whole family, from 10 July at 30 August 2026.

An open-air theatre

Forget traditional theaters! Fiabe nel Bosco brings performances to the heart of nature: a forest clearing or a meadow transforms into a stage for traveling performances that visit seven different tourist areas of the Aosta Valley.

Fiabe nel Bosco is also an opportunity to discover some of the most beautiful villages in the Aosta Valley. Here's the complete schedule for the 2026 edition:

• La Salle / Morgex / Pré-Saint-Didier – from July 10th to 12th and from July 17th to 19th. Just minutes from Mont Blanc, villages nestled among vineyards and trails leading to splendid high-altitude views.
• Brusson – from July 17th to 19th and from July 24th to 26th. In the lower Ayas Valley, between the ruins of a castle and the clear waters of the lake.
• Gressoney-Saint-Jean – from 24 to 26 July and from 31 July to 2 August. Against the backdrop of Monte Rosa, a royal castle and typical villages of the Walser culture.
• Valpelline / Ollomont / Bionaz – from July 31st to August 2nd and from August 7th to 9th. A valley little known to the masses, filled with wild nature and authentic places.
• Rhymes / Introd – From August 7th to 9th and from August 14th to 16th. In the Gran Paradiso National Park, among nature trails and enchanting views.
• champorcher – August 14th to 16th and August 21st to 23rd. In the Mont Avic Natural Park, a town rich in traditional architecture and ancient hemp processing.
• Torgnon / La Magdeleine – August 21st to 23rd and August 28th to 30th. High-altitude location with a splendid view of the Matterhorn.
