The main source of irritation during flights seems to be the behavior of children, especially those considered unruly.

In addition to children, another disturbing factor identified by 29% of respondents is excessively reclining seats. Already in 2024, a similar survey had highlighted how screaming and shouting by capricious children was the most hated behavior on planes by 20% of European travelers.

One example is the initiative of an American mother who has created an on-board babysitting service: for a modest fee, a nanny takes care of children during the flight, assisting parents in managing the liveliest little ones.

In the wake of these discussions, several airlines are considering the possibility of introducing adult-only flights. Although there was no official confirmation in 2024, it is expected that in 2025 this option could become more concrete, responding to the growing demand for more peaceful and relaxing travel.
