Located in Marina di Fuscaldo, in the province of Cosenza, facing the sea and directly on the beach in an enchanting stretch of the Calabrian Tyrrhenian coast known as the "Riviera dei Cedri"; the hotel is spread over four floors and is equipped with every comfort. Quiet location a short distance from the center (about 300 meters), with its shops, bars, restaurants and seafront that makes the structure an ideal destination for all types of customers. It is equipped with 51 comfortable rooms for every need and of different types, the entire structure is without architectural barriers. Present for over forty years in the area, it is a four-star category and has always offered its guests quality services, for a holiday dedicated to relaxation and fun, therefore suitable for both couples and families with children. A short distance away you can visit the enchanting medieval village of Fuscaldo Superiore known as the town of the "100 portals" and for its convent (4 km), the Terme Luigiane renowned for their therapeutic properties (8 km), the Scoglio della Regina (8 km), the nearby Paola with its characteristic historic center, the suggestive seafront and the Sanctuary of "San Francesco" (7 km), the tourist port of Cetraro (15 km), the village of San Lucido renowned for its buildings, the street of the chandeliers and the legend of Cilla (14 km) and the village of Fiumefreddo Bruzio known for the ruins of the Valle castle, for the ancient churches and beautiful views (24 km).
Distance from the sea and beach:
Directly on the sea, with direct access from the solarium to the splendid beach via the walkway that is easily accessible to all, a beach mainly composed of fine sand with stretches of gravel.

Double, triple and quadruple (Family Room/Two-room single entrance with 2 separate bedrooms and 1 bathroom), quintuple (they are always Family Room/Two-room on request), comfortable and well furnished, they are all equipped with air conditioning, private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, telephone, mini fridge, clothes horse, TV and safe. In all the two-room, quadruple and quintuple rooms (with the exception of one room with pool view) there are no bunk beds, they can be prepared on request as double or with 2 single beds. 2 rooms equipped for disabled guests are available. For breathtaking views and ecstatic sunsets over the sea, a sea view is available for all types.
Stays:
From Sunday with dinner to Sunday with lunch; on request, possibility of stays from Saturday to Saturday. Start of services with lunch to be requested in the facility before arrival, lunch considered as an extra meal and to be paid on site, it is not possible to replace the arrival lunch with the departure lunch.
Check-in and check-out:
Room assignment is guaranteed by 18:00 pm - check-out by 10:00 am.
Catering:
The elegant air-conditioned restaurant room, thanks to its position and large windows, enjoys
an enchanting sea view; buffet breakfast with vending machines for hot and cold drinks, lunch and dinner with table service assisted by the dining room staff to maintain a high level of decor and hygiene, water, wine and soft drinks included with meals; gastronomic proposal with Mediterranean cuisine alternating with typical Calabrian dishes for a FBB treatment able to satisfy the most refined palates. Weekly themed evenings: 1 typical Calabrian dinner, 1 seafood dinner.
Menu meals:
Choice of 2 first courses, 2 second courses, side dishes, fruit/dessert included, with daily proposals of both meat and fish, report intolerances when booking.
Intolerances:
For guests intolerant to gluten, lactose and eggs, on request for breakfast basic packaged products free of gluten, lactose and eggs, for lunch and dinner at least one first course, one second course, a side dish, a dessert or fruit; for other types of intolerances or allergies, always report them when booking.
Club card:
Compulsory to be paid locally (from 3 years on), includes: beach service, entertainment and use of the swimming pool.
Beach service:
Included in the club card with 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds per room.
Animation:
Included in the club card (from 18/06 to 10/09), daytime entertainment with mini club for 3 to 12 years, games, fitness, dancing and soft tournaments; evening entertainment takes place in the stage area with sea view and stalls, where the entertainment staff organizes the evenings and in some periods external shows with artists (TV cabaret artists, magicians, etc.) take place, evening by the pool once a week.
Pool:
Pool with set hours � equipped with umbrellas, sunbeds and pagodas, easily accessible thanks to the handrail. An oasis of fun and water games for the little ones and a moment of relaxation for the older ones, it has variable depths to offer even the little ones the security of being able to use it. The entertainment team organizes daytime and evening activities by the pool; use is included in the club card.

Bed linen 2 times a week, bathroom linen every other day.

The property is located about 70 km from Lamezia Terme station and airport, 1,3 km from Fuscaldo Marina station, 4 km from Borgo di Fusclado Superiore, 7 km from Paola station, 7 km from the Sanctuary of San Francesco da Paola , 6 km from the Guardia Piemontese station and 8 km from the Terme Luigiane.
From the North:
From the A2 exit Lagonegro Nord continue on the SS 585 and SS 18 Tirrena Inferiore up to Fuscaldo M.
From the A2 exit Rende continue on the SS 107 up to Paola and continue in a northerly direction up to Fuscaldo M.
From the A2 exit Tarsia Nord continue on the SS 283 up to Guardia Piemontese Marina and continue in a southerly direction on the SS 18 up to Fuscaldo M. (at the moment not recommended for a detour).
From the South:
From the A2 exit Falerna continue on the SS 18 up to Fuscaldo M.
From the A2 exit Rende continue on the SS 107 up to Paola and continue in a northerly direction up to Fuscaldo M.
Treatment for children 0/3 years nc:
Free in own cot or in bed with parents; In the restaurant half an hour before and during main meal times, a high chair and a dedicated menu of your choice with pasta, vegetable/legume purees, vegetable broths and tomato puree will be made available free of charge, to be agreed with the dining room staff; baby food, biscuits, cheese, infant milk etc. are not available; On request, meals to be paid for on site.
