The village ��La Porta del Sole�� is spread over an area of 40.000 square meters, directly on the sea, one kilometer from the city center. Sea, nature and tranquility are the characteristics of this place, completely immersed in the greenery of eucalyptus, tamarisks and an enchanting pine forest. The wide beach, with its white sand, extends for about four kilometers to the tourist port of Nicotera, where the suggestive cliff of Capo Vaticano begins.
The structure has 44 Mediterranean-style accommodations and an equipped camping area; restaurant-pizzeria with covered veranda, corner market, bar, theater and open-air disco, 2 soccer fields, trisball, beach volleyball, table tennis, bowls and playground; swimming pools with large solarium; internal parking. Lido in front of the village with direct access; canoe, pedal boat and windsurf rental. Daytime and evening entertainment, and for the little ones miniclub, furthermore, for those who want to fall in love with the splendor of the surrounding places, the village organizes EXCURSIONS.
Attention to the little ones has always distinguished our village. The entire village is an oasis of tranquility for children who are free to roam around without risk. The area dedicated to the miniclub activities is large and includes our playground. Even on the beach, an area has been identified that is entirely dedicated to children. The baby pool with its low water level allows children to play in complete tranquility.
