Always ready to guide our guests to discover the typical recipes of local gastronomy in a welcoming family-like organizational dimension, we are proud to prepare dishes that have roots in agriculture and in the peasant tradition of the Tuscan territory.
We reserve the best of the table for our guests: the spelt and organic spelt pasta produced by us, proposed by Maura in the most varied and imaginative ways; the typical Casentino cured meats of Marcello, such as sausage, sambudello, capaccia, ham and salami; the meat of our animals raised by Giorgio, the organic vegetables and fruit from the garden, the homemade cakes with our organic spelt flour.
The menu is fixed and changes according to the seasons and the availability of fresh products.
If we had to summarize our menu? Well, that of "Whatever there is, but always in abundance!"
