We cook trying to use our organic products as much as possible and, in the absence of these, using local products of the highest quality that we can find and that we like (luckily it is still a genuine area precisely because of its isolation).
We cook the local, Roman and regional cuisine in a tasty and accurate way, taking inspiration from what the current season allows and from the ideas that are inspired by both the cuisine of other regions and other parts of the world.
Upon request, we can prepare baby food for the little ones and children's menus for the older ones.
We have no problem taking into account serious allergies, intolerances and cases of celiac disease.
With the help of their parents, however, we try to make them appreciate the good, homemade things we prepare (for breakfast, for example, the ciambellone, the homemade jams made with our organic fruit).
We also have a wood-burning oven: when there are many children, especially for summer camps, we make pizzas!
For children up to 3 years old there is a fee of 10 euros per day for food and cot.
The children's menu (up to 10 years) costs 12 euros.
