In the months of June, July and August it is also possible to have children participate in a residential summer camp reserved for children aged 5 to 12 (Kinderheim).
The Agriturismo Pratoalto is located in a natural environment of rare beauty and tranquility in the municipality of Castione della Presolana, in the province of Bergamo, in the upper Seriana Valley just 90km from Milan and approximately 800 metres above sea level.
Residential structures, a series of sports and leisure facilities, a farm with many animals and a small fruit plantation were built on an area of approximately 40.000 square meters.
Structure and accommodation
The structure has beds in rooms all with services and very comfortable. A tavern/meeting room of 80 square meters and a small room of about 30 square meters make possible meetings and activities of various types.
A beautiful stone dining room with a fireplace makes mealtimes particularly pleasant. The cuisine is very well prepared with locally produced products such as meats, cured meats, salads and vegetables (in season), oil, wine and small fruits.
Outside, on a large lawn, various sports and leisure facilities have been created: a football pitch, volleyball pitch, basketball pitch, bowling pitch, archery pitch, an outdoor riding stable and a covered round in case of rain, a climbing gym and in season a swimming pool heated by solar panels is also available. In the winter period, upon reservation, the hydromassage tub is also available.
Our farm has many animals such as horses, ponies, donkeys, cows, sheep, pigs, ducks and is an important point of interest and discovery for our young and old guests.
Pratoalto is particularly suitable for welcoming families, sports groups, social groups, business groups, or in any case groups who wish to carry out any activity in tranquility and in direct contact with nature.
In particular for families with children we always offer special offers. Currently on our site there is a proposal for weekends and a proposal for weeks during the months of June, July and August.
During the summer period (approximately from mid-June to mid-August) Pratoalto is also open as a residential summer camp for children (kinderheim) from 5 to 12 years old. The children spend periods of 2 weeks with us during which, under the guidance of the owners and qualified collaborators, they carry out a tested program of activities, sports, trips and entertainment.
DESIGNED FOR THE FAMILY
The structure is designed to spend a quiet weekend and a holiday dedicated to nature and good food, made with genuine products of our land and our animals. The farmhouse has a swimming pool and is also available for company meetings and school trips.

A stone's throw from the city
The farmhouse is surrounded by the Orobic Prealps, it is located in Castione della Presolana, a tourist village in the Seriana Valley (province of Bergamo). It is particularly easy to reach (less than 100 km from Milan and 40 km from Bergamo).
SUMMER CAMP FOR CHILDREN
The Kinderheim (or summer camp) for children aged 5 to 12 is distinguished by the quality of the children's stay, a stay made up of genuine food, entertainment, lots of company and simple agricultural activities. See the detailed program on our website.
A large lawn with many sports equipment: football, volleyball, basketball, bowls, climbing, archery, riding stables with own horses and a swimming pool heated by solar panels.
Presence of animals, cows, sheep, horses, donkeys, pigs, ducks etc. and a cultivation of small fruits.
Structure consisting of two adjoining houses with 40-50 beds in 2/3/4/5 bedded rooms with bathroom and TV, meeting room and games room.
Children, without their parents, spend 2-week holiday periods with a program of trips, games, sports, parties and entertainment followed by qualified personnel coordinated by the owners with twenty years of experience in the management of children's holiday homes.
Children under 3 years free and under 10 years 50% discount on accommodation and meals.
