The Allegra Fattoria delle Murge of the Azienda Agricola Natile is a space for experiencing the world of agriculture open to schools and groups of families who wish to gain an understanding of the world of agricultural production, animals, the figure and work of the farmer, the link between the countryside and the city, and the journey of food.
The livestock farm raises dairy and beef cattle, poultry, rabbits, pigs, donkeys and horses and grows mixed grass for haymaking. There is a vegetable garden, a mixed orchard, an olive grove and a vineyard. The structure, located in the open countryside, offers the possibility of attending workshops, visiting the farm, getting close to the animals, tasting milk and its derivatives produced in the company dairy, recovering the meaning of contact with nature while respecting its forms and rhythms.
It is also possible to take exciting tandem flights using a paramotor or trike with an operator with a special license, enjoying the spectacular panoramic view of the Terra delle Gravine Regional Park. Farm teaching reconstructs contact with reality, because you can touch, smell, taste, get dirty, get tired; in addition, you can be in the open air surrounded by the colors of a natural landscape, you can move in large spaces, interact totally with the environment and its reaction times, developing a critical attention towards habits created by the consumerism of everything and immediately and of the disposable.
