Among the agritourisms in Umbria, in the heart of green holidays, ��Le Rondini di Francesco di Assisi�� is an ideal residence for families and for those who want to spend their free time in the name of nature and well-being in the heart of Umbria.
The farmhouse is located at the foot of Assisi, in the centre of the wide Umbrian Valley, enclosed between rolling hills and Mount Subasio, with an enchanting view of Assisi and many of the main historical centres of Umbria: Spello, Trevi, Foligno, Spoleto, Bevagna, Bettona and Perugia.
The farmhouse, immersed in the greenery of the Assisi countryside, among crops and olive groves, is an ideal environment to relax and at the same time offers a stay equipped with every comfort.
With its ten apartments, particularly well-furnished and furnished, the farmhouse has an outdoor swimming pool with hydromassage, large play areas for children, a common room, a private car park and is, within the hospitality in Assisi, a newly opened structure.
At guests' disposal, in a corner of the garden, there is a barbecue, with the equipment for its use on request.
There are garden tables, chairs and umbrellas, to better enjoy your holiday surrounded by greenery and supervise the children in the pool in front or on the games.
We accept small dogs (under 10 kg), with a supplement of 20 Euros for the entire stay.
Outside you can relax in a charming swimming pool with hydromassage area and large solarium, a gem of turquoise water set in 11 hectares of countryside; with green spaces and a children's play area with a multi-game tower complete with slide, multi-function gym with climbing net, Swedish wall bars and rope, double swing and picnic table for the little ones. In addition, there is ping pong and a soccer goal
The structure has a large internal parking area and free bicycles.

La Città della Domenica, a theme park inspired by the theme of fairy tales equipped with picnic areas, a restaurant-pizzeria and educational workshops, in Spagnolia, Perugia, about 30 minutes away.
Lrsquo; Activo Park in Scheggino, an outdoor nature-adventure amusement park, where you can try: sport climbing, archery, small marines course, adventure parks among the trees for children and adults, skating, tubing, go-kart track, excursion to the Namb� hut and much more to spend an entire day dedicated to sport and the green nature of the forest. An excellent refreshment point and various picnic areas complete the offer. Just 30 minutes away.
The educational farm � Colle San Nicola�, which will guide children (minimum number of participants) in various educational paths on the themes of oil, bread, milk, organic vegetable garden, fruit and jams and visits to the farm animals. Just 10 minutes from our farmhouse.
The Marmore Falls, a natural spectacle that can be admired from the Upper or Lower Belvedere, along marked paths; a raincoat is recommended to approach the falls. In the province of Terni, about 1 hour and a half away.
The Frasassi Caves, a tourist route that winds for about 75 minutes inside one of the most spectacular karst complexes in the world, among stalactites and stalagmites, led by expert speleological guides. About 1 hour from our farmhouse.
Post (Perugia Officina della Scienza e della Tecnologia), is an interactive exhibition space where children can familiarize themselves with the methods and themes of science and technology through fun. It is open to the public only on Saturdays and Sundays and is located in Perugia, about 20 minutes.
The Historical Chocolate Museum, where you can observe from above on a guided tour inside the company, the production chain of the famous "Baci Perugina". A sales point displays a delicious selection of confectionery products. 20 minutes away.
The School Museum, which recalls the elementary classes of the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries, with the furnishings and teaching materials of the time. It is located in the village of Castelnuovo, 5 minutes from our farmhouse.
