The heart of the agritourism business is a farmhouse from the early twentieth century outside the town centre consisting of a single farmhouse with a large farmyard (100 mXNUMX), with rooms intended for hospitality and tool storage.
Surrounded by meadows and organic olive trees, the Antica Tenuta farmhouse has been renovated in full respect of its original style and consists of two independent apartments equipped with every comfort (dishes, stove, fridge, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, sheets and blankets, towels) but without a landline telephone.
The rural building has a large parking lot, tables, chairs and umbrellas for each apartment, barbecue, ping-pong, games for children; the large farmyard is available to guests for cheerful barbecues in company.
Antica Tenuta is a farmhouse open all year round by reservation only.
Our farmhouse is immersed in an organic olive grove of about 5 hectares that allows moments of quiet in the sun and suggestive walks in contact with unaltered and protected nature.
It is also ideal for groups of friends who want to spend some days together in a house that provides comfort and family warmth, and offers everyone the possibility to personalize their stay: from excursions in contact with nature, to cultural-artistic trips, to bike rides, to the discovery of typical products.
Accommodation: 2 apartments with independent entrance for 4 people consisting of 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom and living room with kitchenette.
We have games for children and teenagers of all ages, for the outdoors we have a slide and swimming pool for the little ones, bicycles, ping-pong and cricket for the older ones.
A nice green lawn to play football and a lawn near the house with grass to walk on barefoot !!
We are in the center of 4 national natural parks reachable in 15� to 30� minutes by car.
On our organic farm, nature is uncontaminated and allows encounters with wild animals such as foxes, porcupines, hedgehogs, barn owls and little owls.
The apartments are designed to be comfortable and safe for children.
In the village, 1,5 km away, there is a doctor, a pharmacy, a dentist and a medical emergency service for any need, and a hospital 10 km away.
