Agriturismo Calagrana is located in the famous Niccone Valley, in the north of Umbria and on the border with Tuscany.
The structure, located halfway up the hill with a splendid view over the entire valley, is made up of two stone farmhouses dating back to the end of the nineteenth century.
The main one is used as accommodation and a recreational room, while inside the second farmhouse there is a restaurant with thirty seats; all surrounded by five hectares of greenery where guests are free to walk and relax.
The members of the two families who run the facility have twenty years of experience in the hospitality industry: restaurant owners in London have decided to leave the metropolis to move to this splendid part of Italy which, in addition to offering a less hectic pace of life, gives the opportunity, even to those who are only spending a holiday there, to savour the pleasure of a simple life but rich in emotions and experiences.
The swimming pool at the Calagrana farmhouse respects the environment because the purification method we have used is salt electrolysis.
The agriturismo also organizes various recreational activities: bicycle excursions and trekking walks, guided or with the provision of maps and all the necessary information and suggestions.
It is also possible to carry out seasonal activities such as olive picking with the possibility of receiving your own oil, picking mushrooms, chestnuts and wild asparagus.
