Located in a flat area on the outskirts of Perugia, the Podere is made up of the manor house and two annexes, one of which is used as a space for events, parties and barbecues.
It is a structure surrounded by greenery, equipped with all comforts and ideal for families with children, as it is located on an estate of over 12 hectares, where you can relax and walk, enjoy a sunny swimming pool, collect and cook the products of the organic gardens, fish in the private lake.
For the little ones, in addition to the swimming pool, there is a play area, bowling green, ping pong table, three bicycles, one with a high chair (for children up to 25 kg) and the provision of all necessary and useful services.
Educational horticulture activities.
We are accompanied by two beautiful donkeys, the animals of the hen house, dogs and cats of the house.
The stable with the cows and the one with the Cinta Senese are very close to us.
