The Residence is located at the gates of Montefalco and is what remains of an ancient building remembered as the "casa di Campanone" for whose custody the Podestà of Montefalco swore an oath. It is 400 meters from the center of the town.
The structure, organized in a residence formula, is finely renovated, divided into holiday apartments, real country houses, with large outdoor spaces with tables and games for children; guests can also use a splendid panoramic swimming pool.
The city of Montefalco is located near other particularly evocative Umbrian villages, such as Assisi, Spoleto, Bevagna, Spello and Trevi, which can be visited in just ten minutes' travel.
The town is particularly famous for the art of Perugino and for its fine wines, especially Sagrantino.
