Masseria 12 granai is a fortified building from 1700, in the countryside a few minutes walk from Minervino di Lecce, 7 km from the sea and only 20 minutes from Otranto. It takes its name from its 12 underground granaries scattered around the spacious internal courtyard, which all the rooms overlook. It was renovated in 2008 respecting the original materials and architecture. Each room in the B&B has its own bathroom/shower, furnished with elegant simplicity, equipped with air conditioning/heating, internet and a private terrace with table and chairs. All rooms are non-smoking.
Masseria dei 12 granai was conceived as a place to offer hospitality to friends and friends of friends who want to spend time in total tranquility and have an ideal base for visiting the beauties of Salento.
