MARIDIANA offers for rent two splendid stone farmhouses, excellently restored. Each farmhouse is very spacious and can accommodate 4/6 people.
The farmhouses are traditional country houses dating back to the 18th century and arranged on two floors. On the ground floor, where once there were stables, there is a spacious living area: living room, dining room and kitchen. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub and one with a shower, tiled with white ceramic).
The houses are fully furnished, with sheets and towels. Each kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, with dishes and utensils, a dishwasher and a gas oven. Each house has a TV, a washer and dryer and has an independent heating system.
The houses have a large private garden, independent entrance and space to park cars.
The farm raises alpacas and angora goats. Alpacas are very beautiful and gentle animals, and produce a high quality fiber. Alpaca fibers are used to produce knitwear and furniture that are sold at the farm shop.
For children there is a playground with swings and slide. Children can also enjoy the company of the alpacas, very docile and gentle, feeding them and leading them on a halter. From the farmhouses there are paths through the woods and meadows of the company for easy routes that can be done by children together with their parents accompanied by the alpacas.
