The agritourism business is housed in a farmhouse dating back to the 18th century and is located approximately ten kilometres north-east of Treviso, near the Piave River, in correspondence with the so-called resurgence belt.
Hospitality is offered in independent accommodations and rooms with independent bathroom. The building structures derive from the faithful restoration of historical environments characteristic of the local tradition. Testimonial elements have been preserved such as the round arches and arches, the large double-height portico, the worked eaves cornices, the frescoed coat of arms, the stone and Piave stone walls, the original wooden roofs and tiles, the high attic ceilings. All the units that make up the structure are equipped with autonomous heating, air conditioning, television system. The accommodations are also equipped with a living area, refrigerator and electric stove. The building is surrounded by a large open space including a garden and fenced and closed parking.
The panoramic context, characterised by glimpses of the flourishing spring countryside, is also characterised by the adjacent presence of Venetian villas dating back to the eighteenth century.
The proximity to the city center of Treviso, to the Treviso Nord motorway toll booth, to roads such as state roads 53 (Callalta) and 13 make the location a convenient starting point for excursions to the cities of art of Veneto and western Friuli as well as for quick visits to attractions such as Asolo, Castelfranco, Conegliano, Oderzo, Motta, Portobuffol�, the floodplains of the Piave, the Sile Park, the Montello, the Asolo and Conegliano hills. The seaside resorts of the north-eastern Adriatic coast can also be easily and quickly reached. Provincial road 62 (so-called Treviso-Mare) is also useful for this last purpose.
The same ease of access is guaranteed, given the proximity to the motorway, for the tourist resorts of the Dolomites, Cortina d'Ampezzo among all.
The farmhouse can be reached, always following the signs for Breda di Piave, via the A27 Venice - Belluno motorway, exiting at the Treviso Nord toll booth, or following the state road 53, which connects Vicenza to Portogruaro, up to the height of San Biagio di Callalta, or taking the state road 13 in the stretch between Treviso and Conegliano, until you come across the signs for Varago - Breda.
