Our farmhouse La Casa di Campagna is located in Umbria, the green heart of Italy. We have renovated a typical Umbrian farmhouse from the second half of the nineteenth century: it is in every way a true country house, surrounded by fields and hills, where the silence is broken only by the sounds of nature.
The farmhouse is on two levels and is designed to accommodate travelers who wish to stay in an environment surrounded by greenery, genuine and relaxing, a few kilometers from Lake Trasimeno and the main Umbrian cities of art; Assisi, Perugia, Castiglione del Lago can be reached in a few minutes, just as Cortona and Siena can be easily reached from the nearby highway.

RESTAURANT
Our farmer restaurant offers traditional Umbrian cuisine every evening with raw materials from the farm. We do not have fixed menus with half-board rates because it becomes difficult to manage the substitutions that are requested from time to time (especially when children are present). The menu is therefore à la carte and so adults and children can freely choose what to eat.
If you use the restaurant on an ongoing basis throughout your stay, you will receive a 10% discount on the menu prices.
Ours is a structure dedicated to hosting families: we have rooms with 2 beds (with space for a camping cot) up to 3 or 4 beds with single beds. There is also a family room (especially suitable for those traveling with older children) consisting of two connecting rooms, each with its own bathroom. We have a kitchenette to independently prepare baby food, an equipped outdoor play area and many farm animals with which children can play.
Finally, in summer you can take a nice refreshing bath with the children in our swimming pool surrounded by a large green area equipped with gazebo and deck chairs.
A beautiful vacation, kind and helpful staff, quiet room, clean and equipped with all comforts. On the hottest days the pool was a lifesaver! The kitchenette was very useful for preparing baby food for my youngest child. The children had a great time and so did we. Recommended!!
