The Fiordaliso farm is not just a simple farm dedicated to hospitality but is, since its origins, an agricultural company. The Fiordaliso company was born with the intent to enhance the cultivation of olive trees and the production of extra virgin olive oil.

Brief history of our farmhouse in Trevi
On the slopes of the beautiful town of Trevi, among seven hundred olive trees, there was, in a unique and sunny position, a ruin with annexes. The central stone body, still visible today, belonged to a rock church from the late 400s.

At the beginning of the last century, the two lateral buildings were added to the remains of the ancient church and the entire structure was transformed into a farm. The ruin of that time has become the accommodation facility of our Agriturismo "Fiordaliso" which combines the presence of the most deep-rooted agricultural attitude, typical of Trevi, with the most accurate hospitality profession.
