Residence village composed of terraced houses and areas reserved for sports and entertainment, located in a central position, in the splendid bay of Copanello (Gulf of Squillace 10 km from Soverato). The houses are all on two floors, with double entrance and small private garden surrounded by hedges. The beach, 200 to 300 meters away, is easily reached on foot and extends over a wide expanse of fine sand overlooking a blue and crystalline sea with a gently sloping seabed.
