OPENING MAY 12, 2027
Delta is more than just a resort: it's an experience.
Nestled in the heart of the Po Delta Park, one of Europe's richest and most evocative natural areas, along the Adriatic coast of Emilia-Romagna, Delta was conceived as a destination where nature is not merely a backdrop, but the true protagonist. Bodies of water, vegetation, and existing landforms are an integral part of the project, creating a continuous dialogue between architecture and landscape and offering guests an authentic, immersive experience deeply rooted in the local area.
Delta redefines the concept of an open-air vacation, transforming your stay into a journey of emotions, wellness, sports, culture, and discovery. Every moment invites you to slow down, reconnect with nature, and experience the region in a personal way, thanks to an offering that adapts to every guest's desires.
Spread across approximately 390.000 square meters, the resort will accommodate over 5.000 guests and offers a new model of hospitality, based on freedom of choice and a quality experience. Relaxation, outdoor activities, entertainment, and cultural discovery blend together in a single setting, offering multiple ways to experience your stay.
The accommodation offering includes over 1.250 units, including next-generation Open-Air Residential Units, Garden Villas, equipped pitches for campers and caravans, and an exclusive five-star hotel with 73 rooms, which will be completed in 2028. Each solution is designed to enhance the relationship between indoor and outdoor spaces, combining contemporary design, comfort, innovation, and sustainability in perfect harmony with the natural setting.
Completing the experience is a wide range of wellness, sports, and leisure amenities: pools and water parks, a 2.000-square-meter immersive spa, sports facilities, restaurants, family-friendly areas, and entertainment spaces. The resort also features spaces designed for business travelers, including a modern, multifunctional conference room equipped with the latest audiovisual technology, making Delta an ideal destination for corporate events and meetings.
Sustainability is the guiding principle of the entire project. Built in constant dialogue with the local community, Delta will be an all-electric, zero-carbon resort, developed according to green building and high energy efficiency criteria. Reforestation projects, biodiversity protection, the use of renewable energy sources, and low-impact technological solutions demonstrate a concrete commitment to responsible, forward-looking development.
The resort's strategic location, in the heart of the northern Adriatic coast, guarantees rapid connections to some of Northern Italy's major cities: Ravenna is approximately 30 km away, Ferrara approximately 60 km, while Bologna and Venice can be reached in approximately 100 km. This accessibility, combined with the area's extraordinary landscape and cultural richness, makes Delta an ideal destination for both extended stays and short-term experiences dedicated to the sea, nature, and discovery.
Scheduled to open in May 2027, Delta is positioning itself as a new benchmark destination in the European open-air hospitality landscape: a place where nature, well-being, innovation and sustainability coexist in perfect balance, offering a contemporary, authentic experience destined to leave a lasting impression on every guest.
The resort features a large water park designed to meet the needs of guests of all ages. For the little ones, there's a dedicated area with a pool and spray park, while teenagers can have fun in a water castle equipped with slides and water games. The resort also features pools with wellness programs for adults, ideal for relaxing, where parents can watch and monitor their younger children as they enjoy their water activities and games.
Guests also have access to a private, fully equipped beach with a wide sandy shore. An electric train will operate as a shuttle service between the beach and the village. The entertainment program includes activities for children and teenagers, including a miniclub and teen club, as well as a rich calendar of daytime and evening events, shows, and entertainment designed to engage the whole family.
